Power of Attorney

If you should become incapacitated, or unable to make a decision for yourself, having a power of attorney will ensure your wishes are carried out. These are two of importance.

Statuatory Durable Power of Attorney. Appointing an Agent to handle your financial affairs in the event you are not be able to handle your affairs.

Medical Power of Attorney.
Appointing an Agent to make your medical decisions should you become incapacitated.
Family Law, Litigation
Family Law refers to the area of law pertaining to family matters. Know your options. From marriage, civil unions, domestic relationships to divorce, annulment, property settlement and alimony. In cases were a child or children are involved the areas of child custody, child support and visitation need to be addressed.
